He also researched various Machine Learning Algorithms for Natural Language Processing in enhancing Contact Center Call Quality. At Transcosmos Inc., Kushagra worked under Mr. Himanshu, Principal Consultant-Transcosmos Inc., as a Business Research Analyst Intern. He conducted research on the Indian E-Commerce Industry, Domestic Sellers vs. International Sellers in India E-Commerce Marketplace, and the role of technology in overall growth of Indian E-Commerce and Digital Commerce Space. He also analyzed the market for Top 5 Electronics Manufacturing Companies in India and researched the latest Digital Marketing Trends and Growth of Social Commerce. Kushagra is currently working as a Data Associate at Innovaccer, where he is responsible for building and delivering efficient, cost-effective, and tangible business outcomes. He is committed to enhancing his domain knowledge and converting his concepts into reality.
