Kushagra Kasbi is a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer with over 9 years of experience in development, analysis, and designing robust solutions for clients. He is proficient in C#, .NET Core, Azure Cloud architecture and Solution design, Serverless Architecture with Azure Functions, Angular, Nodejs, SQL Server, GraphQL, Web APIs, NoSql (MongoDB and Azure Cosmos DB), and .Net MVC based development. He has spearheaded development teams as a Tech Lead and designed solutions for various applications throughout all phases of SDLC (Agile) specific to the client requirements. Kushagra has partnered with other Developers, Analysts, QA, and support engineers throughout the product life cycle to produce high-quality, user-friendly, scalable, sustainable software. He is currently working as a Staff Software Engineer at Zscaler, where he is responsible for designing and developing microservices-based solutions using Golang, Kubernetes, Kafka, and MongoDB. Previously, Kushagra has worked at Johnson Controls as a Lead Full Stack Developer, where he started as a Senior Developer in FIFA World Cup 2022 Project and was appointed as a Tech Lead after just 3 Months. He led a team of 6 developers to design and develop a Web Portal for FIFA World Cup 2022 based on Digital Twin. He designed and developed a system to handle 10k events/second along with enrichment and real-time event streaming. He also implemented Coding standards, Branching Strategies, and GIT Commit Standards across all the projects. He revamped and refactored the whole Backend Architecture of the FIFA project to make it Serverless (Azure Functions). He successfully turned an under-performing development team into a well-performing team within 3 sprints. Kushagra holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from Jaypee University and completed his 10+2 in Mathematics and Computer Science from Carmel Convent Senior Secondary School, Ratanpur, Bhopal.
