Kushagra Keshaw is a DevOps Engineer with over 2.5 years of relevant experience in cloud solutions and infrastructure management. He is currently working as a DevOps Engineer - Cloud Solution at Sleepiz AG, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sleepiz India Pvt Ltd, in Bangalore. In this role, Kushagra is responsible for all activities related to DevOps and infrastructure within the organization. He has worked on deployment for Production, Test, and Development grade environments and has experience using Docker and Kubernetes to manage, scale, and update containers for improved infrastructure possibilities. He also installs, configures, and maintains web-servers. Kushagra has experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform services to develop innovative, immersive technology through effective collaboration with design and engineering teams. He is responsible for monitoring the AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud accounts to maintain the security and compliance policies. Kushagra has experience with source code management tools like GitLab and GitHub along with a good understanding of Linux commands. He also has a good understanding of agile development processes with active participation in daily scrum and sprint planning meetings and participation in creating the team OKR's for upcoming quarters. Before joining Sleepiz AG, Kushagra worked as a Technical Support Associate at Amazon Web Services (AWS). He was responsible for providing on-spot support on technical/infrastructure-related issues for all major types of AWS accounts worldwide. He was also part of the core support team and responsible for various AWS account-specific operational support. Kushagra collaboratively worked with AWS - Premium Support team, technical teams, and solution architects and had decision-making power for activation, suspension, and reinstatement of AWS accounts and escalates the issue to developers or services teams as per the requirements. Kushagra has an Engineer’s Degree in Information Science and Engineering from Dayananda Sagar University, Bangalore, and completed his High School from Delhi Public School, Patna. He has worked on various projects, including Robotic Process Automation, Voice-Based Alerting Systems, and Chat Bot Solutions, during his internship at Aditya Birla Management Corporation Pvt Ltd. Kushagra is proficient in AWS, DevOps, Web, Infra, Azure, Test, Kubernetes, and Docker. He is a proactive and result-driven individual who strives for excellence in everything he does.
