With over 4 years of relevant experience, he is based in Bangalore and has contributed significantly to the optimization of inventory across India in order to reduce delivery times. Kushagra has worked with Flipkart in the past as an SDE, where he contributed to building a Mood Board for Fashion Analysts, which reduced wait times for data visualization from 15 days to just a few minutes. He also worked on Product Lifecycle Management for Private Labels, which involved modeling complex business processes and building checks and balances for adherence to those processes. Kushagra's contribution to this project resulted in the traceability of how goods are moving, velocity of logistics, and evaluating the performance of the manufacturers. Additionally, he built a system to identify misaligned inventory and distribute them across the country optimally to reduce delivery dates.
