Kusum Singh is a seasoned HR professional with over 13 years of experience in Human Resource management. She holds an MBA degree from EMPI Business School and has extensive experience in HR Partnering, Process improvements, Talent Acquisition, and Management for Corporate and Onground. She successfully executed banding discussion across the org, created an org chart, and published the same. Kusum also handled PMS across the org, including Midyear and Annual review, including the initiation and closure of PIPs. She coached and advised leaders on all aspects of people management, including employee relations, cultural change, and people development in line with Bounce philosophy and policy. Kusum has also created hiring strategies for Engineering (Backend, Mobile, Quality), Product, Design, and strategy teams to improve the TA processes. She scaled up tech and strategy teams from 25 to 200 plus and implanted ATS to improve the hiring process. Kusum executed Talent Retention and Development Plan with 3 successful hackathons. Kusum's education history includes an MBA degree in HR from EMPI Business School. She possesses a tech stack in Mobile and Backend and has relevant experience of 13.86 years.
