Kusumakumari Seshavarapu is a highly experienced Software Engineering Architect with over 20 years of expertise in designing, developing, and delivering distributed enterprise applications using Java, J2EE, and Cloud Native Technologies. With a strong design background, Kusumakumari has worked on complex architectural problems, including multi-tenant B2B cloud native products using microservices, Docker, and Google PaaS, and reference architecture for porting applications from Google PaaS to Azure. Kusumakumari also has extensive experience in project and program management, having successfully managed products for over 8 years with teams spread across multiple locations. She has implemented projects using Agile Scrum & SAFe methodologies and has lead and contributed to many organizational initiatives, including recruitment, transition of products from the US to India, and training and coaching teams on SaaS, GCP, and other technologies. As a founding member of CellExchange India, Kusumakumari has also lead and contributed to many organizational initiatives, including recruitment, CMMi Level5 certification, and creating policies and processes. Additionally, Kusumakumari has gained in-depth understanding of Retail Planning and Execution domain while working on many new and existing products. Kusumakumari is currently working as a Software Engineering Architect at Salesforce, where she continues to leverage her expertise in Java, Docker, Data Science, Microservices, Azure, GCP, and Mobile platforms. Prior to joining Salesforce, she worked as a Principal Architect and Enterprise Tech Architect at JDA Software. Kusumakumari holds a BTech degree in Civil Engineering from JNTU Hyderabad, which she completed in 1995. With 25.70 years of relevant experience, Kusumakumari is a highly skilled and accomplished Software Engineering Architect with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions to complex problems.
