KV Reddy is a highly experienced Vice President of Emerging Technology at Bank of America with over 21 years of relevant industry experience. He has held various positions throughout his career, including Solution Architect at Bank of America and TIBCO Architect at Thomson Reuters, where he architected message services layer. In his current role, KV is responsible for building the Central Innovation Portal that connects to multiple data sources such as JIRA, Sharepoint, and Database sources using mule APIs. He has also performed multiple POCs to determine whether new technology solutions under consideration would be a strategic fit for business challenges or would satisfy Enterprise Architecture needs. KV has strong experience in Microsoft Technologies, IVR, BPM, BI, Data Security, Databases, Identity & Access Management, and Enterprise Architecture Tools. He also has strong knowledge in API Management tools such as APIGee and AnyPointStudion platform from Mulesoft. Some of the recent Emerging Technologies projects of significance that KV has worked on include Mulesoft API infra, AI (NLP, ML) Sentiment Analysis, DB Automation, Storage Level Encryption, Document Exchange, Notification services (Email, SMS, secure Email Mobile), Real-Time In-Call Analysis for contact centers, Mainframe Modernization, CI/CD, API Management, Application Release Mgmt, TDM, American Disability Act, and SDLC automation.
