Kyle Stewart-Frantz is a Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on backend and infrastructure development. He is highly skilled in PostgreSQL, Python, FastAPI, and React, and is known for his collaborative approach to problem-solving. As a teacher and listener, Kyle is always eager to learn and share his knowledge with others. Currently working as a Software Engineer with genentech, Kyle is responsible for the development of projects related to Cybersecurity ND, Blockchain ND, and Data Structures and Algorithms. He has also created automatically graded and distributed projects designed to engage students, taking them from concept to final deliverables, including automated deploy, testing, and metrics. Prior to joining genentech, Kyle founded the Clear Ice Company ™, where he created an automated scalable online grading infrastructure for pixel-wise labeling of vehicle data. He developed the project from concept to final deliverables and was also responsible for its online grading infrastructure. Kyle also worked as a Software Engineer with Udacity, where he co-created an in-browser Ubuntu GPU accelerated computer for students to develop projects on. He also created an automated scalable online grading infrastructure for pixel-wise labeling of vehicle data. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and Marine Biology from the University of South Florida. He has over 6 years of relevant experience as a Software Engineer, with a focus on Blockchain, infrastructure, testing, Python, and Backend development.
