Labanya Dey is a Talent Acquisition and HR Associate with a passion for talent management and literature. Currently working as a Human Resources Generalist for AmyGB, Labanya is dedicated to building a world-class AI team and supporting professionals in their development. Labanya believes in making the recruiting process as fun as possible and strives to recognize great talent while delving deep into employee well-being. Labanya has a diverse background, having previously worked as a Content Developer for AmyGB and as a Managing Partner for Apna. During her time at Apna, Labanya worked with customers and community partners to continually improve content and drive real-world solutions. She also helped conceptualize and develop plans for products, translated and produced Bangla phrases for new product launches, and organized community-building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation in community forums. Labanya's education history includes a Bachelor of Education in International and Comparative Education from St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata, a Postgraduate Diploma in Editing and Publishing from Jadavpur University, and a Master of Arts in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from St. Xavier's University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Calcutta and is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Comparative Mythology from the University of Mumbai. With 0.68 years of relevant experience, Labanya is a literature enthusiast who brings a unique perspective to her work in talent acquisition and HR.
