Prior to joining SARVA, Labdhi worked at Camp K12, where she played a key role in building schools for the future and bringing 21st-century skills to K-12 students worldwide. She also served as the Head of Growth at Cuemath, where she achieved 75x growth in 3 years by leading and setting up sales and operations for multiple geographies, leading growth and marketing teams, scaling the network of home-based centers, launching new B2B distribution networks, and reducing churn by half in 1 year. Labdhi holds a Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and has also completed her education from Bansal Classes.
