Lajesh K. is a hardcore salesman and entrepreneur who excels in building businesses and people. With over 8 years of relevant experience, he is currently the Co-Founder and COO of hav., a company that aims to solve Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good health and well-being. Prior to his current role, Lajesh worked as the AVP of Business Development and Operations at open financial technologies where he set up a franchise-based business model for retail fintech. He also managed sales and operations, coordinated financial planning and budget/forecast management, and managed the product team. In addition, Lajesh is the Founder and CEO of Oru Pothichoru, a lunch ordering platform that serves authentic Kerala meals on banana leaf. He started the business from his home kitchen and scaled it to multiple cities in Kerala. Oru Pothichoru was incubated in IIM Calicut and funded by MRPL. It is recognized as the emerging food tech startup from Kerala and operates on a cloud kitchen-based business model. Lajesh holds a Management Development Program degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Studies from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. He also has a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Nottingham Malaysia and a Bachelor of Computer Applications degree in Computer Science from Mahatma Gandhi University. Lajesh loves to connect with people and engage in interesting discussions about business, startups, and life.
