In his previous roles, Lakshay worked as an Executive HR Technology at Oyo, where he handled the whole recruitment life cycle, headhunted senior engineering leaders, developed and executed comprehensive search strategies, promoted and leveraged the Associate Referral program, and managed and maintained the Application Tracking System. He also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Success Pact Consulting, where he individually handled end-to-end recruitment, analyzed requirements, sourced profiles through various job boards and networking sites, and screened resumes based on the job description given. Lakshay holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Amity University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Computer Science & Engineering Department DCRUST Murthal.
