Lakshay Arora is a hardworking and driven professional with a passion for learning and building upon his existing knowledge. He is currently a Summer Associate at Bain & Company, where he is leveraging his experience and skills to make meaningful contributions to the organization. Lakshay's journey started with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology. He then went on to work as a Digital Design Engineer at Synopsys, where he gained valuable experience in dynamic IR analysis using Voltus and understanding the digital design flow from RTL synthesis to signoff stages, including power analysis. He also worked as an intern at Texas Instruments, where he handled software such as Innovus, Voltus, and Virtuoso. In pursuit of his career aspirations, Lakshay pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, specializing in Business Administration and Management. During this time, he also completed the Global Network for Advanced Management program from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. With a total of 4.78 years of relevant experience, Lakshay is a versatile and well-rounded professional with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
