Lakshay Girdhar is a highly experienced Senior Engineering Manager at Paytm with over 10 years of relevant experience. He is a software architect who has worked on a variety of technologies including MERN stack, React and React Native on the frontend, NodeJS, Spring Boot, MySQL, and MongoDB on the backend. He also has experience working on Firebase and its various services, and has built and architected datapipe solutions. Prior to joining Paytm, Lakshay was an Engineering Manager at Freecharge, where he worked on similar technologies as well as honed his skills in software engineering. Before that, he was a Technical Lead at Policybazaar, where he built solutions around fintech, digital lending, and mutual funds. He developed a configuration-based framework to build journeys for various lending partners and cards platform. Lakshay completed his Bachelor of Technology in Computer Software Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra in 2012. He also completed his Senior Secondary School education from S.B. Sr. Sec. School in Rohtak in 2008. Lakshay is open to new ideas and unending learning, making him a valuable asset to any team.
