He is responsible for leading the development of the platform and ensuring it meets the needs of its users. Prior to starting dice, Lakshay was the CTO and founder of Redesigning Dice, where he worked on redesigning the platform to improve its performance and user experience. He also co-founded Craftnet Solutions, where he worked as a full-stack developer. Lakshay's education history includes a BCA degree from Chandigarh University, as well as business and secondary education and teaching studies. He is also well-versed in various tech stacks, including Javascript, iOS, Senior Software Engineer, ReactJS, Java, and Android.
