Lakshay Raj is a talented Frontend Developer and Founder of Sieve Talent with a passion for creating engaging and innovative applications. He discovered his love for game development during college when he developed a mobile game and launched it at a Tech Fest. Watching students play and compete with each other for high scores gave him a moment of tranquility that he has been chasing ever since. Over the years, Lakshay has designed, built, and deployed multiple real-world applications and is proficient in UI design using Adobe XD, React, React Native, ExpressJS, and managing cloud services with AWS. He has founded two B2B SaaS solutions as a frontend developer, designer, and backend developer. One of his ventures, Homie World, a hostel management SaaS, was recognized in the top 10 startups in Startup Yatra Uttrakhand. In his current role as a Full Stack Developer at Sieve Talent, Lakshay has designed the User Interface and application design in a 10-day hackathon, developed and designed the complete back end, and deployed and managed the server, database, and object storage on AWS. Previously, Lakshay worked as a Frontend Web Developer at Nablasol, where he designed and developed a tax resolution platform with a dynamic form with 41 sections, each containing 10-20 form fields, and unique API calls. He also designed and programmed the portfolio website. As a Software Developer at Homie World, Lakshay managed around 10 colleges and private hostels with around 2000 students registered on the platform. He designed and programmed the web app and mobile app in React and the hostel listing website, with around 120 private hostels listed. Lakshay holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from UPES and attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for his secondary education. He has a diverse tech stack, including Frontend, AWS, Backend, designer, Web, UI, Mobile, React Native, Software Engineer, Android, Javascript, Typescript, and iOS. He has relevant experience of 3.94 years and is always eager to learn and take on new challenges.
