Prior to Meesho, Lakshay worked with Nykaa as a Product Manager, where he was responsible for driving the overall order-conversion rate for Nykaa Man. He also worked with ZS Associates as a Business Operations Associate, where he gained valuable experience in data analysis and problem-solving. Lakshay's academic background is in Mathematics and Computing engineering, having earned his Bachelor's of Technology from Delhi Technological University.
