Lakshita Verma is a frontend lead with a passion for product development and agile methodologies. With over 5 years of experience in developing products, Lakshita has a keen eye for good user experience and a strong technical skill set. Her expertise includes HTML, CSS, Sass, Javascript, ES6, Typescript, React, React Native, Redux, PHP, MySql, Git, Jira, Asana, and Figma. Currently, Lakshita is the Head of Technology at sateeq, a fintech startup where she is responsible for building product and tech from scratch. She is also in charge of sourcing candidates from various platforms, taking interviews, and mentoring juniors. Lakshita has successfully revamped and built the whole experience on frontend and backend using MERN stack from scratch. In her previous role as a Senior Product Engineer at yojak, Lakshita built product and tech for different categories in building materials for B2B domain. She was responsible for handling the internal dashboard to automate business operations using ReactJs and built features for react native app for better user experience. Lakshita mentored juniors, handled code reviews, improved tech processes, and introduced best practices in code. She was also involved in resume shortlisting and onboarding new joinees. Before that, Lakshita worked as a Frontend Developer (SDE-2) at park+ where she solved parking problems for B2B product. She launched new flows and initiatives to increase engagement on the app using ReactJs and revamped insights dashboard for better user experience. Lakshita also built dashboards for automating internal business operations using ReactJs. Lakshita holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Delhi Technological University (formerly DCE). Her relevant experience in the industry is 6.53 years.
