Lakshmana Rao Yerra is a highly skilled IT professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry, specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Automation Anywhere. He is an AA Advanced & Master Certified professional with a track record of delivering results. Currently, he is working as an RPA Specialist at L&T, where he is responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end processes that meet business objectives. In his previous role as a Senior RPA Developer - Intelligent Automation at Capgemini, Lakshmana collaborated with process owners, stakeholders, and functional teams to understand the business case and recommend process automation improvements. He performed feasibility analysis, design, and deployment of automation projects while maintaining proper documentation of Automation Projects and enforcing design and coding standards. He also engaged with testing teams and stakeholders during the regression testing and UAT phases, identified reusable components of BOT, and ensured their reusability in other BOTs wherever feasible. Before joining Capgemini, Lakshmana worked as a Web Developer at Monster, where he had a lead role in driving the Job Aggregation and Job Wrapping initiative. His teams built and enhanced tools that could grab content from various sites, accept job feeds from partners, and export jobs out of the system when needed. In addition, they leveraged Amazon Web Services (AWS) to improve the system's performance. Lakshmana holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU).
