Lakshmi Gangesh is a highly skilled and passionate Computer Science student with a thirst for knowledge that will always remain unquenched. She is currently an intern at JPMorgan Chase and a winner of Code For Good ‘21. She is also a part of the JPMC Software Engineering Program Internship Class of '22. Lakshmi's love for computers started at a young age, and she has been able to understand them in a way that most people around her didn't. She decided to become a programmer in the summer of 9th grade, and since then, she has been tearing through any book she could get her hands on to expand her knowledge in C++ and C. She is proficient in Python and has learnt machine learning using Python via classes and participating in various workshops. Lakshmi is a skilled orator and writer and has bagged numerous prizes in article writing, poetry writing, story writing, declamation, elocution, and debate competitions within and outside her school. Lakshmi is currently a Web Development Intern at Prayas and has previously worked as an Outreach Manager at Fraternity of Young Innovators and as a Web Developer at Hack Club VIT Chennai. She is also a manager in Team Saksham International(TSI), the official BAJA SAE team of VIT Chennai and the most popular team of India as per the 2018 ESI Virtual League. Lakshmi is a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science student at VIT Chennai, Class of ‘23. She has completed her Class XII from Saraswathi Vidyaniketan Public School and her Class X from Rajagiri Christu Jayanthi Public School. Lakshmi has a tech stack that includes Web, Python, and ML. With her skills and experience, she is able to communicate her ideas to her peers effectively and efficiently work as part of a team.
