Lakshmi has strong leadership experience in delivering Global Programs/Projects for various Fortune 500 companies like Biogen, GSK Pharma, Takeda Pharma, Microsoft, GE, and HP with multi-million-dollar responsibilities (90Mn). She helps her customers to understand how to unlock the potential and monetize their undervalued data assets and legacy applications to digital transformations and modernizing them. With extensive qualifications across all aspects of project life cycle (waterfall, scrum, and agile), Lakshmi has managed large global application development, deployment, and support projects. She has hands-on experience with Strategic Account Planning/Client Relationship & Negotiations. Lakshmi has previously worked as a Program Director at Wipro, managing a large application run and support program for their Global Commercial organization.
