Lakshmi Narasimhan is a seasoned professional with over 19 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specializing in personal computing devices, IoT devices, cloud computing, HPC, and AI. As the TA and Chief of Staff to VP of Data Center and AI group at Intel, Lakshmi has worked with OEMs/ODMs/ISVs/OSVs/Tier1s across geographies, providing consulting services and enabling customers to achieve their goals. Lakshmi holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras and completed the INSEAD Leadership Program for Senior Executives in Business Administration and Management, Strategy, and General. She is also a certified life and leadership coach with an ICF ACC certification. Lakshmi is an excellent communicator with great influencing skills, cutting across organizational boundaries to achieve results. She has worked with NTT Data (formerly known as IT Solutions/Caritor) as an Engineer-Infrastructure, responsible for overall maintenance and deployment of IT infrastructure for 1000+ employees. She has also worked with Intel Technology India Pvt Ltd as Operations Manager and Product Manager for AI-based products based on Hyper Spectral Imaging. In her current role as a Life and Leadership Coach at the International Coach Federation, Lakshmi coaches leaders and individuals on challenging situations at work and off work, ensuring personal productivity is at its best. She believes in getting the best out of individuals in any given situation. Lakshmi's tech stack includes AI, Senior Software Engineer, and Product Manager.
