Lakshmi Shaji is a highly motivated Back End Developer at Spotify with over 11 years of relevant experience in the field of technology. She is a passionate individual who loves questioning and challenging herself and her work for constant improvement. Lakshmi started her career as a System Administrator at TCS, where she gained exposure to Unix environment and Oracle Fusion middleware stack. Her enthusiasm for Cloud and Web Technologies motivated her to take up a challenging transition to Web Development and joined Attinad Software when it was just 3 years old. At Attinad Software, Lakshmi gained exposure to the latest web and mobile technologies and great leadership opportunities, which kept her motivated. Currently, she lives in the world of connected things and admires the brilliant minds at Attinad who work and constantly improve Attinad's complete solution for IoT Needs - "Cantiz Nucleus", the edge intelligence piece “Cantiz Electron” and the brain of the platform “Cantiz Neutron”. As a Technology Lead, Lakshmi is responsible for design and technology stack decisions of the Software and Infrastructure components of Cantiz Nucleus, which demands a perfect blend of an Architect, a Manager, and a Developer, so as to translate their vision into reality. As a team, they diverge to generate more innovative ideas and then converge to get things done. Lakshmi shares strong opinions and is open to correction if required. Lakshmi has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from L. B. S. I. T. W. and a background in Computer Science from Nirmala Bhavan Higher Secondary School. Her tech stack includes Backend, Web, Senior Software Engineer, Mobile, and Infra. Lakshmi's past experiences include working as a Technical Architect and Technology Lead at Attinad Software.
