Lakshmi Telukunta is a Senior Manager of Software Engineering at Salesforce with over 16 years of experience in the software industry. She has extensive experience in product development, particularly in various Oracle Utilities products such as Work and Asset Management (WAM), Operational Device Management (ODM), Meter Data Management (MDM), and Mobile Workforce Management (MWM). She possesses a 360-degree view and knowledge of Oracle Utilities WAM and ODM products, having been involved in their complete lifecycle of design and development. Lakshmi is an expert in Oracle Utilities Application Framework and Configuration Tools (OUAF) and has developed a deep understanding of product lifecycle and product processes. She has been actively involved in requirements analysis, estimating timelines for product development and testing, writing technical design documents, and maintaining enterprise and business applications. As a subsystems lead, she has managed and mentored various people during the product development of WAM and ODM. Lakshmi has also designed and developed various integrations of WAM like WAM-CCB-MWM and WAM-ESRI GIS Integrations. Currently, she is managing Work and Asset Management IDC Development team. She has exposure to on-site-offshore delivery models during the implementation of various projects related to financial services clients. Lakshmi has received quarterly awards and spot bonus awards multiple times in her organization for her dedication and contribution towards product development of various products. She is a D&I lead, iWin Core team, IDC Innovation lead, IDC Learning Coordinator, R&D Value Awards Panel Member, and Fun Committee Lead. Lakshmi holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from GNIT and has completed her MPC from Gautami Jr College. She also has a Distinction from St. Ann's High School. Her tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, Salesforce, test, QA, and Mobile. With her relevant experience of 16.87 years, Lakshmi is a techno-functional expert and a go-to person for any functional/technical help for WAM and ODM products. She is also the primary contact from PD for APAC customers.
