Lakshumma C. is an experienced Intelligent Automation Consultant at EY GDS with a strong background in building Microsoft bot framework based chatbots, RPA development and implementation using Blue Prism, UIPath, Power Apps, and Automation anywhere. With over 7 years of relevant experience, Lakshumma has a strong knowledge of Microsoft packages such as MS Excel (VBA scripting), MS Visio, MS Access, & MS Word, as well as experience with basic object-oriented programming. Lakshumma is skilled in requirement gathering and analysis, with the ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an inquiring mind. She has the ability to guide and work with a team of developers and testers and implement automation solutions independently. She is also able to analyze business processes to suggest process improvements and develop RPA solutions around them, as well as break down processes and estimate time for process steps. In addition to her technical skills, Lakshumma has a strong desire for exploring, evaluating, and understanding new technologies. She is able to hit tight deadlines and work under pressure, and has the ability to reason through complex situations with strength in identifying and mitigating risks. She is able to identify and exercise appropriate escalation communications. Lakshumma's past experience includes working as an Associate Consultant at Capgemini, where she worked on a very difficult process which involved 10 lakhs of data, and as a Software Engineer at Virtusa, where she was part of a newly started R&D team and got the opportunity to work on automating various applications using Blueprism. Lakshumma holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from JNTU.
