Lakshya Sivaramakrishnan is a Technical Program Manager at Google with over 9 years of relevant experience in the technology industry. She is currently working with the Payments Merchant team at Google, aiming to build a thriving ecosystem of highly engaged merchants on Google Pay for Business. Prior to this, Lakshya managed and led the Women Techmakers India program for Google, revitalizing and nurturing the women in technology community in India through collaborations, technical talks, and empowerment with the right resources and skills to ensure diversity and inclusion in all developer communities in India. She has also worked as a Data Scientist at the India Ops Analytics Team at Cerner where she leveraged audit logs for drawing insights on enhancing patient experience and automating the process of Issue Replication. Lakshya is passionate about technology, public speaking, and event management. She has organized events as an Organizer at GDG BlrDroid and contributed back to the tech community. She has also promoted female developer participation and contributed as a Women Techmaker, an initiative taken by Google, India. Lakshya graduated from the International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore, with a Masters Degree in Information Technology. During this period, she interned in GE Healthcare for six months. She is an active member of the Student Activity Council and a core member of the Google Student Club at IIIT-B. Lakshya's past experiences include working with the Software Platform Engineering team at GE Healthcare to write software for the platform which powered healthcare equipment across modalities in GE Healthcare. She has also worked as a Program Lead and Coordinator for the Women Techmakers program at Google. Lakshya's tech stack includes ML, Data Science, Python, Research Science, and Senior Software Engineering. She is a highly motivated individual with excellent leadership skills, networking abilities, and a passion for giving back to society in whatever way she can.
