Lalit Bhati is a seasoned Software Engineer with over 5 years of experience in the industry, specializing in Embedded Systems Domain. He is currently working with NXP Semiconductors as a Software Engineer with the HAL Dev Team in Pune. Lalit has a proven track record in software development with Embedded C and RTOS. He has been involved in the complete project development life cycle which includes requirement analysis, software development, debugging, testing, support to QA team, and delivery. He has also worked with cross-functional teams located at different geographical locations for system development and testing, making him an excellent team player. Prior to joining NXP, Lalit worked with Siemens Mobility in Rail Transportation Technology as a Software Engineer and with Whirlpool of India Limited in Home Appliances as an Embedded Software Engineer. He was also associated with Arucom Electronics Pvt Limited as an Embedded Software Engineer for Weight Indicator and with Tata Communications Ltd. (TCPSL) as an L1 - Monitoring Executive for ATM Network. Lalit holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Embedded System Design from C-DAC.
