Lalit Kumar is a problem solver with a customer obsession and a focus on execution and analytics. He is currently a Senior Product Manager at Delhivery, with over 6 years of relevant experience in product management, product design, strategy, and operations. Lalit has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. He has worked as a Product Manager at ZopSmart and Founding Years Learning Solutions, where he was responsible for all in-house software requirements and launched successful products such as Klay Kares, Klay Kommunity, IECED, and Kare@Home. At KLAY, Lalit transformed the ecosystem of early years education to help parents and teachers track children's learning and development in a very efficient and data-driven way. He documented problems, understood business objectives and user goals, analyzed data and feedback, and created a strategy and product requirement document. He worked with cross-functional teams to plan and prioritize features and business goals, prioritized the feature list and planned major product releases, created prototypes for leadership for go-no-go calls, launched and implemented products across PAN India centers, and executed GTM plans and measured KPIs for identifying improvement opportunities.
