Lalit is also associated with Decimal Technologies where he is driving the digitization of BFSI, LCAP, and Digital Lending. Prior to his current roles, Lalit co-founded The Olive Schools, an initiative aimed at uplifting the education standards in rural and semi-urban areas. The group has already established two schools in Haryana and plans to expand further. Lalit's passion for education and giving back to society has been the driving force behind this initiative. Lalit's entrepreneurial journey started with Konark Motor Cars, which he founded and owned. He has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Kanpur University, Kanpur, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from IIM.
