He improved the reliability, maintainability, and correctness of customer accounts via a Client Onboarding Application, which reduced the turn-around time of customer account creation from 1 week to 2 minutes. Lalith also built graphs using D3.js and React JS for generating customer usage insight reports, which helped the customers in judging the product as well as how Arya is helping them in the recruitment process.
