Currently working at JUSPAY as a Human Resource-Talent Acquisition, Lalitha has a proven track record of attracting and hiring high caliber candidates across various domains. Prior to her current role, Lalitha worked at Nusecond as a Talent Acquisition specialist where she managed the entire hiring process, from sourcing to scheduling and conducting interviews. She has extensive experience in client engagement and has successfully built long-term relationships with candidates to foster a network of passive job seekers. Lalitha has also utilized various channels such as social media, job boards, direct mail, cold calling, and networking to attract and hire top talent. Before transitioning to HR, Lalitha worked as a Software Test Engineer at Netsoft Solutions India Private Limited. During her tenure, she developed test plans, strategies, and metrics for ERP systems and had a comprehensive understanding of software testing life cycle. Lalitha was involved in analysis and review of projects directly with clients and was responsible for developing and executing test plans by understanding technical and functional specifications. Lalitha holds a BE in Instrumentation Technology from Visvesvaraya Technological University and completed her higher education at Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning.
