He is currently working as a System and Database Manager at Greater San Diego Health Plan, where he is responsible for managing operations of a large HP/3000 TURBO Image DBMS for processing medical, hospital, and dental claims. Larry has extensive experience in Oracle Technologies and has successfully led innovations through analysis, design, data modeling, migration, change management, and performance tuning of large-scale Oracle systems. He is well-versed in Full Life Cycle, ITIL, Agile, Data Vault Methodologies, and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Larry is a champion of improvement and has a proven track record of building database solutions that solve real-world business needs with complex database architectures. At Oakmark Corporation, he was responsible for all software and Telecom development on an HP/3000 Server host and coordinating development with Personal Computer programmers for software located in physician and clinic offices. He also helped develop custom TPO and Telecom protocols and interfaced with electronic insurance carriers such as Blue Cross, Aetna, and Medicare.
