Lata Bhardwaj is a seasoned executive and co-founder of Venture7, an AI-powered technology company that specializes in providing technology services to build products and manage digital transformation with a focus on healthcare, education, and real estate. With over 17 years of relevant experience, Lata has established herself as a leader in the industry, delivering product development, software testing, and data science services aligned with industry-specific processes and objectives. As the COO of Venture7, Lata is responsible for managing operations, recruitment, and finance. She has extensive experience partnering with executive teams to analyze, determine, and implement HR and financial solutions focused on achieving business results. Lata possesses strong leadership, business acumen, and interpersonal skills, making her an effective driver of organizational and talent strategies. She has a strong ability to strategically partner with and influence executives to work effectively at all levels. Lata's specialties include client management, consulting, organizational development, employee relations, change management, organization effectiveness, talent acquisition, and process improvement. Her experience and expertise have been honed through her work with various startups, where she worked as an investor. She also served as the founding executive director of Kalpa Developers Private Limited, where she started the company from scratch and worked on almost all aspects of the business before successfully selling her equity to pursue technology business. Lata holds a Master of Technology (MTech) in Computer Science from Manav Rachna University and a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) from Indira Gandhi National Open University. She has a diverse tech stack that includes AI, test, data scientist, computer vision, SDET, ETL, mobile, and web development.
