Latha H M is a seasoned Manager with over 11 years of experience in the hardware applications lab at Marvell Technology. As the Manager of the Hardware Applications Lab, she is responsible for overseeing the lab's operations, including managing inventory, maintaining minimal inventory for cost reductions, and ensuring that all products are assembled according to detailed standards. Prior to joining Marvell, Latha worked as a Lab Manager at Innovium and as a Senior Lab Engineer at Tonbo Imaging, where she catered to critical market needs in security, defense, and reconnaissance. At Tonbo Imaging, Latha gained valuable experience in maintaining and reviewing all inventory, manual mounting of all kinds of SMD components, and following up on all shortages. She also demonstrated her expertise in maintaining components kitting for different projects, completing manual rework for fine pitch ICs, cables, and test jigs, aiding and assisting board bring-up and board debugging, and handling wire harness required for system assembly. Latha holds a Diploma in Electronics from ITI in Electronics & Mechanic from Govt. College, where she studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Her educational background, combined with her extensive experience, has equipped her with the necessary skills to excel in her current role. Latha's tech stack includes testing, and she has demonstrated her ability to apply this skill in her work.
