She is currently working as a Team Lead - Infrastructure Specialist at IBM, where she leads a team of technical experts and manages individual contributions to enhance productivity. Lavanya has an excellent track record in Database Performance Tuning, Implementation, migration, and upgradation of various versions of Oracle databases, including 9i, 10g, 11g, 12c, 18c, and 19c. She has successfully led a Performance Tuning & Automation team that handles new installations, Cloud Migration, and automation of day-to-day tasks using BASH Shell scripting.
