Lavanya Tejasvani is a seasoned Product Manager with over 5 years of experience in the fintech industry. Currently, she works at ZestMoney as a Product Manager - Instore, where she built the 'Partner App', the first-ever merchant-facing app at ZestMoney. She conceptualized, executed, and led the Go-to-market strategy, built the underlying architecture, and wireframed user flows for the entire platform. Lavanya enabled transaction-specific underwriting in customer credit on-boarding, which increased E2E checkout conversion by 2x. She also built Order management, user & store management, QR activation, and self-serve modules, and integrated internally with risk, checkout, on-boarding, and merchant database management services to deliver a real-time smooth E2E experience for both merchants and customers. Before her current role, Lavanya served as Product Manager - Online and Product Owner - Edtech integration at ZestMoney. She has a Master of Business Administration from ISB, where she specialized in Finance and Marketing. Lavanya also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.
