Lavin Mirchandani is a seasoned entrepreneur and founder of Mirc Media and GetEvangelized. With over 19 years of experience in the industry, he has gained immense expertise in digital analytics, audience measurement, and brand engagement. Through Mirc Media, Lavin has helped filmmakers release their films with data-driven digital campaigns and assisted consumer brands in achieving their goals on digital media. He has also co-founded and served as a core committee member of the Media Entertainment Network by TiE (MENT), a special interest group that enables entrepreneurship in the M&E domain. At GetEvangelized, Lavin has created a platform that helps brands discover, recruit, and engage with micro-celebrities and digital influencers. He is currently hiring video editors, web3 writers, influencer partnerships, and client servicing professionals for the company. Lavin's earlier avatars include founding SpotMyDeal.com, a social referral-based shopping product, and launching aTEEtude of Giving, a social-cause marketing initiative with MTV, Inkfruit, Mithaimate, and Joy of Giving Week. He started his career with a short stint at the technology solutions vertical of Accenture. Apart from his entrepreneurial ventures, Lavin is also a member of the Core Committee of the Media & Entertainment Network by TiE (MENT) and a fellow of the global Startup Leadership Program. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from VESIT and is passionate about enabling early-stage entrepreneurs and inspiring students towards entrepreneurship. Lavin's tech stack includes Web3, SVM, and Web, and he is always brainstorming with business owners over the adoption of new media and technology to hack growth and woo potential stakeholders.
