Laxman Patil is a seasoned Senior Specialist Software Engineer with over 15 years of experience in spearheading the entire spectrum of software development functions. He is currently associated with L&T Infotech and has an excellent track record of delivering high-quality software solutions and services to clients across diverse industry verticals. Laxman has extensive experience in requirement analysis, design & development, testing, and customer interaction. He is proficient in working with both waterfall and agile methodologies and has successfully designed and developed client/server and web-based applications. His expertise in building robust software solutions has helped organizations achieve their business objectives. Laxman is an excellent relationship manager and has a proven track record of managing teams and motivating team members. He believes in working collaboratively with his team members to achieve project goals and objectives. He has worked with clients from various geographies and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior to joining L&T Infotech, Laxman has worked with TCS and National Informatics Center in various roles. At TCS, he was responsible for application development and support, customer interaction for status and requirement understanding. At National Informatics Center, he was involved in designing UI and coding for Windows and web-based applications, writing stored procedures and functions in SQL and PostgreSQL database, and creating setup and deployment at client locations. Laxman holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from B.R. Gholap College, Pune, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same college. He has also completed his high school education in Science Mathematics and Physics from Nutan Maratha College and SSC from R.R. Vidyalaya. Laxman's technical expertise includes software engineering, web development, testing, infrastructure, SQL, and UI.
