Laxmi Chichra is a Lead Engineer at GE Power with 15 years of experience in the field of Power, FGD, and Infrastructure sectors. She is a lead electrical engineer with hands-on experience in design and engineering, estimation and costing, and execution for major HT Packages and E-BoP Packages in compliance with Indian codes and standards. Laxmi has been involved in the complete project cycle including bidding, cost management, basic and detailed engineering of electrical systems. Laxmi has strong technical and commercial acumen with regular vendor and client interface including clients like NTPC. She is a team player with a collaborative approach to delivery of success with management of outsourced/in-house resources. Laxmi has strong leadership skills and is involved in mentoring younger team members. Laxmi has successfully completed or is currently working on various projects like FGD at NTPC Simhadri & Sipat, Boiler Services project, FGD at NTPC Jhajjar and Lot-1 projects. She has also handled projects like NPCIL BOP Package - KKNPP 3&4 SSC Contract, Jimidipeta Gotlam Third Railway Line, 2400 MW Samalkot Combined Cycle Power Project, 4X300 MW Rosa Thermal Power Project, and 4000 MW Sasan Ultra Mega Power Project in her previous company Reliance. Laxmi has a Bachelor of Technology in Power Engineering with Electrical Specialization from National Power Training Institute and a PGDBM in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. Her tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer and Infra. Laxmi is a detail-oriented professional with strong written and spoken communication skills.
