Laxminarayan Giri is an experienced Engineering Manager with almost 9.5 years of IT experience in complete life cycle of software development using Object Oriented analysis and design using Big data Technologies / Hadoop ecosystem, ETL, Spark, Hive, Kafka, SQL, Java, Python and Devops technologies. He has spent the last 8.5 years working on Big Data and Data Science building Advanced Customer Insight and Product Analytic Platforms using Big Data and Open Source Technologies. Laxminarayan has a proven track record of leading a Data team of software engineers focused on streaming data platform engineering. He has built tools and processes to maintain the highly available, highly scalable, fault tolerant open video streaming platform. Currently, he is managing the Data streaming platform team of 9 people for different verticals like development, infrastructure and Devops.
