Currently serving as the Senior Director International Talent Acquisition at Rivian, Lee is responsible for building a brilliant TA team to help grow the company internationally. Prior to this, Lee served as the Director International Talent Acquisition at Rivian, where he was instrumental in laying the foundation for the company's global talent acquisition strategy. Before joining Rivian, Lee served as the Senior Director International Talent Acquisition & Global Head TA Uber Eats at Uber, where he led a team of over 200 people hiring over 5000 candidates annually across the globe. His role expanded to include LATAM TA, where he maintained global responsibility for Uber Eats TA. Lee's passion for building exceptional teams and cultures is evident in his work. He believes in the importance of creating a work environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and growth. Lee's educational background includes attending Christ's Hospital from 1988 to 1995.
