Leena N is a Co-Founder with over 23 years of experience in the technology industry. She is a key-person who brings predictability and sustainability to product development, ensuring that the product is stable all the time while consistently adding features. Leena co-founded PracticeNow, a business accelerator for online teachers, during the pandemic and in 15 months, they were able to reach many students across the globe. She added more features to the product while scaling it to more customers. Leena's experience varies from consumer-facing products to large enterprise products in the areas of Mobile Device Management and Business Process/Workflow. At Multunus, she worked with a media company to deploy Android Tablets to deliver media content. In a few months, she built software to manage 4000+ devices deployed across 1500 clinics across the US, all remotely managed. Leena believes that it is not the number of people, but the strong foundation of the product architecture and investment in automation for product reliability and availability that helped them achieve this. Leena has shared her experiences at various conferences across the globe and meetups. At Multunus, she designed a rigorous training program for newbies that helped onboard fresh grads on a project after 8-12 weeks of training, enabling them to move at the same pace as experienced programmers right from the onset. Leena's past experiences include working as the Chief Technology Officer at Yoga Tree, a studio management software for offline yoga studios, where she successfully piloted a Whatsapp-based Lead nurturing system, Practice gamification system, and Student retention system. She also worked as the Head of Delivery at Multunus. Leena has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Cochin College, Ernakulam, Kerala, and has worked with various frameworks across various languages, with her more recent work being with Ruby on Rails and JavaScript. Her tech stack includes Ruby, Mobile, dotNET, Javascript, and Android.
