Leif Westerlind is a Full-Stack Web Developer with over 22 years of experience in building, diagnosing, repairing, upgrading, installing, configuring, programming, playing or working with computers. He is also a disabled individual who is passionate about improving the lives of people with mobility impairments. Leif has a contact who can help facilitate inventions that may help improve the lives of people with mobility impairments. Leif is currently working as a Success Coach and a member of the Writing Team at Clever Programmer. As a Success Coach, he mentors members of the community to build both technical and soft skills and celebrates wins big and small. He encourages people to start or change their career in web development. As a member of the Writing Team, he writes or edits email or blog posts. Leif has previously worked as a Lead Developer at equakealert! (foss project) and as a Computer Lab Assistant at Quinsigamond Community College. In his previous role, he helped students, faculty and staff make full and efficient use of the computer resources in the Computer Systems Engineering Technology lab. He also informally helped tutor numerous students simultaneously as needed in computer, math or electronics and electromechanical topics. Leif has an Associate of Science (AS) in Computer Systems Engineering Technology (CSET) and Electromechanical Technology (ELM) from Quinsigamond Community College. He also has a Certificate in Electromechanical Technology in the Semiconductor Manufacturing Environment from Worcester Technical Institute. Additionally, he has taken night courses in Automotive and Autobody Repair and Welding at Assabet Valley Regional Technical School. Leif has a relevant experience of 8.61 years and his tech stack includes web development. He is a dynamic individual with a sense of adventure, curiosity, creativity, passion, compassion and integrity.
