In his current role at Chai Point, Lendl manages relationships with corporate accounts and is responsible for account management, contract renewals, distributor handholding, account retention, new line additions, and collections. He has a keen eye for detail and is adept at building a profitable region. Lendl has also worked as a Relationship Partner at Chai Point, where he handled Mumbai's highest GR generating accounts. Prior to his tenure at Chai Point, Lendl worked as a Management Trainee at Coffee Day Beverages, where he built a full-fledged supply chain network for the HoReCa segment across Kerala state. He was responsible for client account management and retentions, key account management, distributor management and appointment, billing primary sales to distributor and driving secondary sales to the client. Lendl holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in E-business from Welingkar Institute of Management, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from The Royal Higher Education Society's College of Arts Science and Commerce, Thane, and a Grade 12 degree in Computer Science from Indian School Muscat.
