Lenin's current role at PayPal enables their DevOps transformation by embedding SRE's practices, principles, solutions, products, ideas, and culture into other cross-functional product development organizations. He is leading key business initiatives to contribute to an improved FCI availability of the PayPal business, embedding with every PayPal Product family, building a bridge between SRE and all business units, building a Chaos Engineering framework for scaling reliability, automating the end-to-end Incident Management pipeline, and uplifting the Infrastructure Hygiene. Previously, Lenin served as a Senior Manager, Embedded Site Reliability Engineering (eSRE) at PayPal, where he explored critical dimensions of the PayPal Business, enabling a framework to directly impact "Reliability at Scale". He also served as a Software Development Manager 2 - Site Reliability Engineering: Measurement & Attribution Platforms, where he drove the goal of Accountability and Resiliency through automated and intuitive platforms that provide measurement, attribution, visibility, and actionable insights. Lenin holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from kln college of information technology and completed his Higher Secondary education in Biology & Maths from seventh day adventist matriculation school, Madurai. Lenin is experienced in SRE, Senior Software Engineer, DevOps, infra, product management, and software engineering. He is a leader who is passionate about driving innovation and collaborating with others to achieve customer-focused results.
