He is a results-driven leader with a proven track record in decision making, product strategy, and timely execution with minimum variability in the face of uncertain events. Leo is an expert in solving challenging problems at scale and has transformed the relationship with more than 60,000 couriers in 22 countries. Leo's mission is to make the gig economy successful by enabling couriers to earn money and make it a viable source of income to live happily while optimizing for Glovo's growth. He achieves this by using a mix of high-level strategy, process, planning, implementation, coaching, mentoring, and leading/directing where necessary. Leo believes that great products are a result of great teams and fosters a fun and collaborative environment to achieve his cluster mission. Leo's career spans over 15 years, during which he has held senior product management positions at Glovo and edreams odigeo. He is an expert in product management and has a deep understanding of the courier industry. Leo's experience and results in decision making, product strategy, and timely execution have transformed the courier industry. Leo holds a Financial Accounting degree and a Management Essentials certificate from Harvard Business School. He also has a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Don Bosco Institute of Technology. Leo's technical skills include product management, and he has relevant experience in the field for over 15 years.
