Leo Paul is a seasoned technical and analytical professional with over 20 years of experience in building products for business efficiency, organization setup, team building, design/architecture, and customer on-boarding/support. As the Co-founder and CTO at Zum Heilen Medivasz, he is currently leading the development of a technology-driven Diabetes Risk/Complications Assessment Platform. Leo has a proven track record of managing high-caliber R&D technology teams to continuously improve performance, design, architecture, and solve complex software engineering problems. He has worked with startups and led teams in building products that align with modern customer behavior and preferences. His expertise lies in senior software engineering, big data, research science, AWS, product management, Javascript, Salesforce, mobile, UI, backend, and web development. In his previous roles, Leo worked as an independent consultant for multiple companies where he leveraged his experience in business, marketing, technology, big data, and user experience design to build research-backed, technology and data-driven solutions. He also served as the VP of Engineering at Homelane, where he was responsible for all technology platforms, including consumer-side web and mobile platforms, analytics, supply-side platforms, and other backend systems. He managed a team of 40+ engineers and oversaw product management, system architecture, UX/UI, storefront features, SEO, CRM, and ERP. Leo holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from the University of Madras. He also completed a diploma in Electronics from Model Polytechnic Mala and S.S.L.C from the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Kerala. With his relevant experience of 22.54 years, Leo is a valuable asset to any organization looking to build innovative products and solutions.
