Leonard is a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with over 9 years of relevant experience in diverse areas of technology. He is currently working on AI and ML driven chatbots, where he is involved in conversation design, chatbot architecture design and prototyping, state transition, conversational data analytics, and core development. He has previously worked on rule-based chatbots as well. Leonard is a graduate of IIT Guwahati with a major in Mathematics and Computing, which is a fusion of Computer Science, Mathematics, and Financial Engineering. He is a solution provider and enjoys cross-skilling, which has enabled him to have a diverse set of skill-sets and experiences. He has worked in product-based start-ups, where he has coded back-end of websites, developed chatbots, handled digital marketing for election campaigns, developed web applications, and created insightful reports using BI tools like Tableau. Leonard's interest lies in algorithms, software development (mostly backend development), data engineering, and entrepreneurship. He enjoys taking on challenges and exploring new technologies. He has hands-on experience with data engineering and analytics, building BI solutions, custom ETL, data ingestion from social platforms, and data visualization through Tableau and Power BI. Leonard has worked with technologies such as AI, SQL, AWS, Snowflake, Python, ML, NLP, microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, GCP, PHP, MongoDB, Django, Javascript, MySQL, ETL, Flask, and sentiment analysis. He is currently working as an Associate Technical Architect at Tavant and has previously worked as a Senior Software Engineer, Data Engineer, and Chatbot Developer at CVC Network. He has also worked as a Software Engineer at NowFloats, where he developed a smart chatbot to assist small and medium business owners to give their business an effective online presence.
