Leslie Pinto is a seasoned product manager with over 2 years of experience in the field. Currently, he is working as a Product Manager for Consumer Experience at Lendingkart. He conceptualized and launched the In-Store conversion for in-hotel user acquisition, booking status flexibility model to reduce partner support and ticket escalations, OYO Wizard program for owner app and HMS to facilitate in-hotel selling of loyalty program, and Card Charging - Authorization & Hold process to improve customer experience and realization. Leslie also led product launches & lifecycle management across Consumer and Operation platform with a focus on South-East Asia. Before OYO, Leslie worked as an intern at Tolaram Group, where he worked on two different projects across different geographies in Nigeria. He understood the correlation between sampling and sales for Hypo and designed a marketing plan to boost sales. Leslie also understood consumer trends and usage behavior for vegetable cooking oil in the face of rising prices to strategize the growth plan and identify growth areas.
