Liana Ali is a highly motivated Technical Lead with over 10 years of experience in software development. She is a self-motivated individual who is always looking for ways to grow and think creatively. Liana is a result-driven person who can work independently with minimum supervision and deliver projects on time. Currently, Liana is working as a Technical Lead at Randstad, where she is responsible for developing and enhancing software applications while adhering to quality control, performance, and scalability requirements. She is also responsible for applying coding and design conventions and standards, collaborating with colleagues during agile ceremonies, and responding promptly and professionally to bug reports and development issues. Prior to her current role, Liana worked as a Senior Software Developer at Randstad and i-City. At i-City, she was responsible for collecting and documenting user requirements for new projects, designing new table structures and UI, and developing projects using AngularJS and REST API based on user requirements specifications. She also proposed and developed REST API using .NET with Entity Framework and Owin Authentication to support all in-house development for ease of maintenance. Liana holds a Bachelor of Information Technology degree in Software Engineering from Universiti Malaysia Terengganu. Her technical skills include Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, UI, and AngularJS. Overall, Liana is a highly skilled technical professional who always strives to deliver high-quality work.
